The Not So Famous Design Blogs To Follow List

I’ve seen the same list of famous design blogs to follow floating around the inter-web for at least a year now. Lets move on from the “WooHoo” Smashing Magazine and “Rock On” Web Designer Depot (these blogs rock by the way and you should follow them). Lets give the little guys a push and a shove into the lime light. Let’s give a hand to the small guy who is just trying to make a name in the design community. A lot of these so called “little guys” are publishing amazing articles almost daily and I see them being lost under the weight of the “Big Guys” news feeds. So I propose a challenge. Add these guys to your news reader for a month and then decide which blogs to keep and which to toss. Give the little guys a chance to shine. So with now further ado: The not so famous design blogs to follow list.

Hey Lucas, i think this kind of list would be done more often. As you said there is a lot of new (and not new) blog design guys shooting out daily, weekly really good stuff.
I must confess i only follow design juices and you but I´ll check it out the other guys here and in near future i may do a similar post because i do think we need to support a bit this new valuable guys.
Well, i really appreciate you´ve put me on the list. I´ll do my best to high the quality level on my own blog.
I really appreciate your posts as well and follow your blog religiously. The tips and tricks on there cannot be beat. I really know a lot of the little guys are pushing out amazing content and I don’t want it to go to the black hole of the internet. It needs to be seen and shared. It is part of the community. Can’t wait to see who you come up with for your blog.
Great list i really respect design juices, Nenuno Creative, and AdmixWeb. I really hope they get bigger, because they deserve it!

Good Idea Lucas. I think there are many design blogs which need the exposure they deserve… I am quite frankly bored to see “roundups” from famous design blogs …. Every day I see many new sites which publish exceptional good content but they are not able to properly promote them… I hope this article and many more to come will put them into the spot light….
Also, i love your articles, Lucas.. they are in-depth and extremely useful for beginners. I’m not at all surprised you top the list
I will work harder to get my blog in your next article of non-famous design blogs
