The Best Sites For Free Vectors

Every graphic designer needs his resources and in this post I have compiled my favorite places online to download free vector graphics. As you know, vectors make designing large posters a snap due to the fact that they don’t pixelate when you blow them up. Not everyone has the time to design every vector they are going to use in a project with tight deadlines and client demands and such. That is where vector download sites come in. Download high quality vectors for use in projects for free and they make design a snap. Remember to look at the licensing for each vector you use as some are non-commercial. Enjoy!

Vecteezy – Hands down my favorite place for free vectors
There is just so much to say about Vecteezy. It is hands down my favorite place to download from because the selection is just amazing. There is over 26 pages of vectors to choose from ranging from brushes to glowing sunsets. Everything you are looking for can be found here.

Qvectors.net
This site has quite a bit of textures to download. They also specialize in small iconic vectors which are great for logos and boarders.

123freevectors.com
Great for vector icons and small designs.

VectorArt.org – Another of my favorites!
Some of the best vectors can be found here, but you have to pay for most of them. You can find great inspiration at this site and they do have many free vectors to download as well.

VectorPortal.com
Great selection of black and white vectors that you can customize and colorize as you see fit. This helps speed along the design process, but still gives you some control on the color scheme direction.

Vector4Free.com
A great site for texture and background vector downloads. There are hundreds to choose from and I’m sure you will find what you are looking for here.

DragonArtz.net
Another great download site for background vectors and icons. They update frequently and I always have a blast checking back and seeing what is new.
